A double post today, as I wanted to wrap up the
Hidcote spring end of things. Tomorrow morning I head off to France to complete a placement at Monet’s garden
in Giverny, just north of Paris.
A full colour report and ramblings upon my return, cheerio!

Your pictures will be a delight. Can't wait!
Lucky you Bertie - I love Monet's garden. Have a great time
Have a great time -- we visited Hidcote last spring -- it was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip!
Anticipation of what you will return with is great!
Looking forward to seeing your photos of a garden I long to see.
Another garden I long to see! The use of color at Giverny is legendary. And you might arrive in time for the Clematis montana and irises? Looking forward to hearing all about it!

Bon voyage, old chum :)
Bertie!! GIVERNY! I am rendered speechless. Monet's garden in the spring - the gods shine on you! I prepare to be green with envy on your return.

Have you got lost at Giverny? "Monet's garden" has just opened at the New York Botanical garden! Before I go to see, I want to hear your words on your REAL trip there!
