Geranium madarense





The Madeira Cranesbill. This specimen is spectacularly flowering now in the Plant House!

Love this plant! G. madarense grows with great vigor in my region, sending up enormous flowering heads some 18-24 inches across and high during its second year.
Alas, it's not happy in my garden for some reason.
One of those odd, unexplainable things...

Aha, so it goes! Right plant, right place but still no joy? The only solution is to find a quiet corner, chuck it in there and pay it no heed whatsoever, then doubtless the bally thing will flower its socks off!
